The RODE Wireless GO (Gen 3) has been unveiled, marking the return of the brand’s unique wireless form factor. It includes digital (USB-C) and analog (3.5mm) outputs, making it work with cameras, smartphones, and more.

This iteration of the Wireless GO has an integrated clip design, making it easy to attach. Examples include belts, collars, and more. It’s a compact wireless microphone that features state-of-the-art digital transmission and 128-bit encryption. RODE promises stable wireless audio recording at ranges up to 260 meters within line of sight.
With its battery, it can record for up to 7 hours per charge. It’s also capable of recovering clipped or quiet audio files through 32-bit float recording. Plus, it also supports headphone audio monitoring.
Its receiver has 32GB of onboard storage and has GainAssist smart technology. This delivers output gain control and safety channel recording. The latter is a second audio recording at a lower volume in case the primary channel has issues.

This iteration of the microphones also come with a variety of color options. Aside from the usual Black or White, it comes in a ton of limited-edition colors. These include Blue, Clay, Cobalt, Green, Lilac, Moss, Orange. Pink, Purple, Red, Rose, and Stone.
The RODE Wireless GO (Gen 3) is available for pre-orders in the United States, priced at USD 299 (~PHP 17.5K). We’ll update readers if and when this will land on Philippine shores.
As for its limited edition color options, these aren’t available just yet. However, interested buyers are being invited to join a waitlist. We’ll also leave a video below for those who want the TL;DR.
