Samsung PH ups Galaxy S20 pre-order page

In preparation for the launch of its latest flagship phones, Samsung has put up a new pre-order page for the Galaxy S and Note series.

Samsung Galaxy S and Note loyalists will receive a targetted email, including an invitation to the VIP pre-order page. Invited customers will be able to create their 4-digit PIN and create an account. From there, they can choose their preferred model and freebie even though the product details and SRP is still concealed. VIP customers may choose between three models:

• Option A – Unit only
• Option B – Special Gift worth PHP 6,990
• Option C – Special Gift worth PHP 6,990

After choosing which model to get, the customer must then secure his VIP pre-order by paying a PHP 2,000 down payment to any participating store via cash or straight payment through their credit card.

After the Global announcement on February 11, the targeted customers will receive another email revealing the model and freebies of their chosen option. They will then have one day, February 12 from 6 AM to 5 PM, to finalize their order by using the unique links in their email.

Should the customer opt-out of their purchase, the stores will refund their initial down payment. However, should they choose to go through with their purchase, they may claim their new phones by paying the remaining balance during these days:

Metro Manila Stores:

• Option A: Starting February 21 to March 16, 2020
• Option B & C: Starting March 6 to March 31, 2020

Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao Stores:

• Option A: Starting February 28 to March 16, 2020
• Option B & C: Starting March 6 to March 31, 2020

Customers can only claim and pay for their pre-ordered devices in the same store they paid the initial down payment.

The customer forfeits his reservation if he doesn’t claim the VIP Pre-order within the given time frame. When claiming, the customer should be able to present the following:

• Official Receipt of the down payment
• Valid ID matching details in the OR
