By next year, all of Samsung’s 2016 line-up for their Smart TV will feature Internet of Things (IoT) support and also the integration of its current SmartThings platform.

As announced by the South Korean giant, all 2016 SUHD TVs will have IoT hub technology which will allow it to act as the controller for the whole smart home. Using their own IoT hub with SmartThings, you’ll be able to connect and control Samsung devices, SmartThings sensors, and other compatible devices. This ranges from doors, speakers, monitors, CCTVs, and even light bulbs.
