Samsung is rumored to showcase a new health feature called Brain Health at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, marking its first public demo of the tech. The service is built to detect early signs of dementia by analyzing everyday data such as voice changes, walking patterns, and sleep habits using Samsung phones and wearables.

At The First Look event, visitors will get to try how Brain Health collects and analyzes behavioral data in real time. Samsung says the tool doesn’t just detect cognitive decline, it will also suggest brain training programs and preventive routines to help users improve their mental condition.
To keep private data safe, Brain Health will run on-device using Samsung Knox security, without sending data to external servers. Samsung is currently testing the feature with medical partners, and plans to expand it across Galaxy wearables as part of its growing healthcare ecosystem.
