The PriceLOCQ app is the first venture of startup company LOCQ, OPC, and is the Philippines’ only app that protects fuel consumers against price hikes.
LOCQ, OPC was founded by Mark L. Yu, who is concurrently the President for Retail Business and CFO of SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. With that said, SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is its first partner brand.
The PriceLOCQ app enables you to buy fuel at a preferable price, ideally during a rollback. It allows customers to buy up to 600 liters of gasoline and diesel products at their current prices. These purchased liters are virtually stored in the app as Fuel Balance, which you can redeem whenever you want. You just need to scan a QR Code to redeem your fuel at any of their over 250 partner stations nationwide. You may check out the PriceLOCQ stations here 23.
You can also top up your Peso Balance through your credit/debit card, GCash account, or any of their over-the-counter payment partners.
The PriceLOCQ app is available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
