ShopeePay gets an upgrade and now supports a Scan-to-Pay feature for cash-on-delivery orders.
Here’s a guide on how users can use Scan-to-Pay for their COD purchases via ShopeePay.
1. Choose Cash on Delivery as a mode of payment and Shopee Xpress as a shipping option when checking out an item.
2. Information the Shopee Xpress rider about the preference to pay COD via ShopeePay.
3. Click ShopeePay wallet and choose “Scan”.
4. Scan the QR code of the Shopee Xpress rider.
5. Enjoy 20% cashback once payment is complete.
From May 10 until June 10, users can get 20% coins cashback when they pay their COD orders using ShopeePay instead-through their ShopeeXpress rider in all hubs nationwide. Note that 20% coins cashback will be capped at 100 coins and will have a maximum of 4 cashback per month.

I think J&T courier depends on the delivery guy when it comes to ShopeePay COD. Most of them doesn’t support ShopeePay, one guy told me that it is only available for standard delivery of Shopee’s own courier as of now (tracking number that starts with SPEPH***)
