Starmobile is pushing to improve their aftersales service as they launch two new apps to aid their customers — Star Phone and E-Warranty. These services are currently available at select UP and Play series devices and will be present in future models.
Star Phone gives users access to a menu of Starmobile services by simply pressing *7827 (or *STAR) on the dialer. It’s basically a central hub for Starmobile aftersales contacts which includes their website, social media accounts and customer service hotline.
The E-Warranty app, on the other hand, allows customers to register their devices online for easier and hassle-free support in service centers. It will also serve as another form of official receipt or warranty card in case users lose theirs.
