TCL introduced its first display NxtPaper AMOLED at the 2026 Mobile World Congress, designed to provide better comfort to the eyes and better screen performance.

The panel uses upgraded Circular Polarizer Light (CPL) technology, increasing polarization from 57% to 90% to reduce glare and reflections. TCL used nano-matrix lithography technology to reduce ambient light reflections, which decreased eye strain during long viewing periods.
The display system adjusts its brightness and color temperature settings according to the surrounding light conditions and the user’s circadian rhythm. Blue light filtering has also improved by 15%, which reduces harmful blue light exposure to 2.9%.
The screen provides 120Hz refresh rate together with 100% DCI-P3 color coverage and peak brightness capabilities that reach 3,200 nits. TCL confirmed the first smartphone using this display will launch later in 2026.
