Listen to article

vivo has officially pulled the wraps off its newest mid-range contender, the vivo Y31 Pro, in India. This device brings a balanced mix of display, performance, and battery muscle, all packed at a price that aims to attract value-conscious buyers.

On the front, the Y31 Pro sports a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,050 nits brightness, giving it an edge for smooth scrolling and visibility under sunlight. Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB storage, expandable via microSD.

For cameras, the device features a 50MP main sensor alongside a 2MP depth shooter, while selfies are handled by an 8MP front camera.

Battery-wise, vivo packs in a 6,500mAh unit with 44W fast charging, aiming for long endurance without compromising charging speeds.

Pricing and Availability

The vivo Y31 Pro starts at INR18,999 (PHP 12,399) for the 8GB + 128GB model, while the 8GB + 256GB variant goes for INR20,999 (PHP 13,699). Availability outside India has yet to be confirmed.

With its large battery, smooth display, and updated chipset, the Y31 Pro is shaping up as another strong addition to vivo’s Y-series lineup.
