Asus Transformer Pad TF701, N550JV now out locally

Asus mentioned in their event and in their Facebook page that their newest products would be out before December. The wait is over as Villman goes first once again as they are now offering the Tegra 4 Transformer Pad TF701 & the multimedia laptop N550JV.

If you missed our coverage on Asus’ product launch event earlier this month, you can catch up here. Basically, the TF701T is a convertible 10-inch tablet running with a 2560 x 1440 IPS display on a 1.9GHz Tegra 4 CPU with multiple GPU cores. The Asus N550JV on the other hand is one to pack a high voltage Core i7-4700HQ CPU, 8GB RAM, Nvidia GT750M graphics & other high-end configurations.

The Asus Transformer Pad TF701 is currently priced at Php27,899 cash, while the Asus N550JV is at Php59,988. The interesting thing to note here is that the laptop version being offered is powered by 4GB vRAM Nvidia GeForce GT750M instead of the 2GB vRAM that we’ve expected.
