Dell Venue 7 announced, priced at $150

Dell has just announced a new batch of tablets including the affordable $150 Dell Venue 7 tablet running an Intel Atom Clover Trail+ processor.

The Venue 7 looks like it’s going to go against other low-cost tablets like the Asus Memo Pad HD 7.

Here’s the complete hardware specifications we got at the moment.

Dell Venue 7 specs:
7.0-inch IPS LCD display @ 1280×800 pixels
Intel Atom Z2560 Clover Trail+ 1.6 GHz dual-core processor
2GB RAM
16GB internal storage
3G/HSPA+
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n
Bluetooth 4.0
GPS
3MP rear camera
VGA front-facing camera
Li-Ion 15.5 Whr battery
Android 4.2 Jellybean

The Venue 7 will start selling in the US this October 18 for $149.99 (for the WiFi-only version).

  1. no infos yet on the camera sir yuga? anyway it will be a plus factor to us consumers having these gadgets to compare and choose from if whats better for our needs that goes with our budget.

  2. Guess, camera install at Dell Venue 7 would more likely what Asus Memo Pad HD 7 have.

  3. Source? Mabilis talaga sumagap ng balita ang Yugatech. Sa sobrang bilis, nakalimutan ang Dell Venue 8, Venue 8 Pro and Venue 11 Pro.

    • I read the review of Dell Venue 8 Pro from another Tech site. It looks awesome running windows 8, and capable of running all window desktop Apps. Plug a usb keyboard and voila, you have a computer. I am not a fan of tablet but I maybe tempted to buy this one.

  4. Mukhang maganda ang specs at mura pa. nice camera with flash and LTE na lang kulang. Sana may version na LTE pra itp na lang bibilhin ko kesa sa Nokia Lumia 625

  5. If they sell it here for P6-7K, it’ll be a hot-seller. Imagine Atom, IPS, 2GB RAM @ that price.

  6. Basing on the pattern of Asus Memopad HD7.
The 16GB is said to be 149USD.
But released in the philippines for 8995PHP.
So dell’s 150USD should be around 9KPHP here.

  7. Do you have any news as to when the Dell Venue 8 Pro would be released in the Philippines? I’ve called the major retail stores, none of them has even heard of it, except PC Express in Gilmore. They told me to call again next week since they will have a new shipment coming in.
