The fourth main installment Mortal Kombat X made its initial release a few days ago and already, millions of gamers were more than enthusiastic in getting their hands on it — making it the ‘biggest launch’ in MK history according to its co-creator.
Ed Boon, co-creator of Mortal Kombat, posted tweets mentioning that the launch of the game was a record-breaker with ‘literally millions of players’ online. He also included that this was by far the biggest unveiling in the franchise history.

Additionally, he also apologized about the hiccups some players were experiencing during the launch and noted that his team was working hard to fix them.
