Nintendo outs NES Classic Edition with 30 built-in games

Right on the heels of the popularity of Pokemon Go, Nintendo has announced that it will soon offer the Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition – a mini gaming system with 30 built-in NES games.

The NES Classic Edition features the same looks as the original NES but in a smaller package. It plugs directly to your high-def TV via HDMI and powers on using an AC adapter (both included in the package). You can then play the games using the NES Classic Controller.

The NES Classic Edition will be available in stores on November 11 for USD 59.99 (~Php2,800). A second NES Classic Controller will also be sold separately for USD 9.99 (~Php470).

Woah!

I did not expect the low price! I was expecting Nintendo to milk the nostalgic crowd, especially the80’s, 90’s kids, dry with a rather nostalgic super high price but glad i was wrong!

I hope this will get a Philippine release. Even if they price it at 4-5K, it will be worth it.
