Remix Mini, Jide's own gadget that runs Remix OS 2.0, is now available for purchase in the Philippines via Lazada.

Remix Mini, Jide’s own gadget that runs Remix OS 2.0, is now available for purchase in the Philippines via Lazada.

To give you a quick background, Remix OS 2.0 is a custom operating system that allows you to install Android on a PC. You can read all about it here. Remix Mini is like an Android TV box designed specifically for the said OS. All you need to do is plug it to a display and connect a wireless mouse and keyboard.

Considering this is half the price of an equivalent NUC, exciting proposition. Then again, I just stick Kodi/Xbmc onto media devices anyway.
