There have been a handful of well-shot images of Olympus PEN E-P5 circulating around the web that suggests the legitimacy of its existence and that an official launch is just around the curve.

Apart from the leaked images, 4/3rumors has also thrown in some useful data about the things we can expect from the PEN E-P5 in terms of specs. It’s been said that the up and coming micro four-thirds snapper will sport a 16MP sensor and a TruePic VI image processor which brings improved AF performance (compared to E-M5) and 5-axis image stabilization.

Other aspects of the camera includes a crisp 1.04M-dot tilting display (size not specified, but will more likely still be around the 3-inches), very fast shutter speed of 1/8000 and 5 frames-per-second burst. The camera is also said to have a built-in WiFi and a focus peaking feature.
