We will be starting the trial run of the ad network with K2 Interactive this September. I have been asked if we could use Google Analytics as a standard 3rd-party metrics to measure traffic and visitor demographics.
I think, of all the stats tool out there Analytics may be the best one if we want a standardized tool. I know most of you would agree with me that Analytics may be too much or too heavy but with the private invitations to view site profiles, it fits the bill just right.
So, just a heads up to everyone out there who are interested to join the local ad network we’re cooking up with K2, have your Google Analytics stats ready.
Will email those shortlisted (my own list) and the ones who have been constantly on the top 100 of PinoyTopBlogs in the last 6 months with details once we get things ready.
Got a hard time installing it which is weird. It doesn’t track my traffic.
i already have analytics, but rarely check it =)
hope you got my email more than two weeks ago…
I’ve been using Analytics ever since I got the invite which was long before I got the free .com.ph domain + hosting. My only concern now is, that my stats would be enough for the local ad network.
Keeping my fingers crossed once again.
I love everything about Google Analytics except for the imprecise referrer tracking and nonrealtime stats. I always use other systems to compensate.
I use google analytics for my business sites. I will add now for my personal blog
