Listen to article

In Skype’s latest update, Microsoft included the new Meet Now feature, allowing users to communicate even without an account.

Skype Meet Now allows users to create online meetings for free. It has several functionalities, including sending text and audio messages, creating polls for members, and video calls. The video call also includes several Skype features, such as recording, background blur, and screen sharing.

Skype Meet Now can be used on Windows (via Edge or Chrome) and Mobile, even without the Skype App. Up to 50 users may participate in the meeting, and call recordings can last up to 30 days, while media files will be held even longer.

To use Skype Meet Now, simply head over to Skype’s free conference call website, and click on “Create a free meeting.” A link will be generated for you to share with other participants of the call.

After sharing the link with other people, you can join the call either signed in or as a guest.
