Telegram Premium price in the Philippines

Telegram on October 1 has announced that its Telegram Premium paid subscription is now available in the Philippines starting at a ‘discounted’ price of PHP 131.99 per month.

By subscribing to Telegram Premium, the company says that not only that it unlocks additional and exclusive features, it will also help support of the messaging app’s continued development.

    Tools to set the default folder, auto-archive and hide new chats from non-contacts.

Telegram does say that the mentioned subscription price is ‘discounted’, however it has not disclosed its base pricing. In the US, Telegram Premium is priced at USD 4.99 per month, which is roughly PHP 294 in today’s conversion rate.

To subscribe, open the Telegram app and find Telegram’s service notifications (with the verified tag) in your inbox. Tap on ‘Learn more’ from its message sent on October 1, and you’ll be redirected to the Telegram Premium page. From there, you will see a button at the bottom to subscribe.
