This is Acer's first foray into the mobile market and before making a big splash, it's flagship phone (Acer DX900) was leaked on a UK store before being formally announced. The Acer Timeline notebook boasts of up to 8 hours battery life and sports a nice slim design (slimmer than most netbooks). Most of the Acer notebooks I've seen around are ugly and bulky but the Acer Timeline series changed that impression. The 13.3" Acer Timeline costs more at around Php45,000 while the 14" has a retail price of Php39,990. I should have said "Have you seen the Acer Aspire One" but didn't bother to argue anymore. Just 5 days after the new 10" Acer Aspire One has been formally announced, the new model is ready for pre-oder with a suggested retail price of Php25,995. Acer is once again the leader of the PC market in the Philippines for 2021. Acer Philippines sold 561,000 units in 2021 from 394,000 in 2020 and 347,000 in 2019.
