They can use this instead of manually using multiple apps and tools. Google has announced new tools for its Gemini AI that allow users to import memories and chat history from other AI apps. OpenAI confirmed the shutdown affects both the consumer app and its web tools for video generation. OpenAI’s image generation tools in ChatGPT remain unaffected by the move. The integration would allow users to generate videos directly inside ChatGPT similar to how the platform already supports image generation and other multimodal tools.
