Here's a complete quote from the governor after the signing of this MOA: Cavite: The Digital Revolution One of the most painful things to swallow is the news that reaches us that we have the slowest internet in the world. That is about to end in the Province of Cavite. Yesterday, August 17, 2017, we agreed to allow and help the company called Converge to lay its cables throughout Cavite. More than 300 kilometers of fiber optic cables will be spread out to all the 7 cities and 16 municipalities of Cavite.
