Based on our hands-on, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL) featured a premium all-metal unibody, a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with slim bezels, and high-end internals including a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, a massive 6GB of RAM, and storage options up to 256GB. It also had a 23MP rear camera with 4-axis OIS protected by sapphire glass, a USB Type-C port, a fingerprint scanner, and a 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0.

The Zenfone 2 Deluxe Special Edition, priced at Php 20,995, was a limited variant that included two special back covers (Carbon Night and Drift Silver). Internally, it upgraded the processor to a faster 2.5GHz Intel Atom Z3590 and came bundled with a 128GB microSD card, combining with its 128GB internal storage for a total of 256GB. It also featured a faster LTE Cat6 radio and came with a pre-loaded copy of Asphalt 8 with in-game credits.

The ASUS Zenfone 2 Deluxe was officially launched in the Philippines at ZenFestival in Makati City with an asking price of Php 17,995. This model featured a unique tessellated triangle back cover, a 5.5-inch Full HD display, a 2.3GHz Intel Atom Z3580 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage.
