Someone must have forgotten to renew their domain. A quick WHOIS on the domain revealed some clues: Domain Name: ABS-CBNNEWS.COM Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, LLC. According to the records, the domain's WHOIS was updated in August 2, 2008. This could be the time when the domain renewal was implemented. What puzzles me is why wouldn't ABS CBN just extend the renewal of the domain for at least 10 years. Having owned the domain name Pizza.com since 1994, Chris Clark finally sold it in an auction and ended up with $2.6 Million. Generic domains still raking in tons of money. Don't bother going to dotPH, the domains pizza.ph and pizza.com.ph are already taken/waitlisted.
