Dota's take on the famous Dota 2 custom map, Auto Chess, called Underlords is now in open beta stage. Valve has made an independent game called Dota Underlords on both Steam and mobile which has the core mechanics of the Auto Chess custom map. Made with Source2 game engine, the game features the hero roster of the Dota 2 game. Riot Games is bringing in a new game mode in League of Legends called Teamfight Tactics that is very similar on how the DoTA custom map, Auto Chess, works. The company also specifically stated that this game mode is actually inspired by the DoTA Auto Chess map inside the DoTA 2 game which recently had a stand-alone mobile game. DOTA Auto Chess is a worldwide phenomenon inside the game DOTA 2 on Steam and it will come as a mobile game very soon. DOTA Auto Chess or Auto Chess is a custom map made by a user called ss.waiting inside the DOTA 2 game. This features DOTA 2 playable heroes and playing inside a chess board.
