#Galaxy Chip leak

A new rumor has just revealed that Samsung is developing what insiders are tentatively calling the "Galaxy Chip," which will eventually be used in Samsung flagships by around 2025. The report says that experts and insiders are expecting a 'Galaxy Chip' to come out by 2025. The rumor is surprising given Samsung's recent partnership with Qualcomm in featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset "for Galaxy" in the recent launch of its S23 flagship series. Aside from giving users a slightly higher clock speed, the "for Galaxy" chip ensured that all S23 units shipped globally would carry the Qualcomm chip and not Samsung's Exynos which has had the tendency of overheating and throttling in the past. Based on the CPU information, it's running on the deca-core Exynos 2500 chipset - which is also the same used in the Galaxy Z Flip 7. New leaks are giving an early look at the possible chipset and camera features of the upcoming OnePlus 16, even though the phone is still months away from its official launch. Earlier reports suggested the device would use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, but the new leak says OnePlus could instead use the more powerful SM8975 chip. A separate leak also suggested that Samsung’s future Galaxy S27 Ultra might use the same processor.
