Google's Andy Rubin just posted in the official Google Mobile blog that they are now offering an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus for only $399 over at the Google Pay Store. We haven't done an unboxing around here for a long time and I thought after getting a review unit of this upcoming Samsung Galaxy Nexus, I thought I'd re-introduce the tradition.
