RAM & Storage For RAM and storage, both the Galaxy Note 20 5G and the Note 10 are on board with the same 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Cameras In terms of cameras, both the Galaxy Note 20 5G and the Note 10 have the same triple camera setup with only their wide-angle and telephoto lens having a different resolution. The Note 20 5G now has a 12MP wide-angle lens, which was previously a 16MP one. Also, one of the significant upgrades here is the 64MP telephoto lens, which was only a 12MP one from the Note 10.
