After several months of investigations, Samsung executives will soon announce the cause of the Galaxy Note7 incidents in a press conference on January 23, 2017. In a press conference that will be held (and live streamed online) in Seoul, South Korea, on January 23, 2017, at 10AM (KST), Samsung Electronics, as well as independent expert organizations who conducted their own investigations into various aspects of the Galaxy Note7 incidents, will share their findings. According to a report from Korea, the company has completed development of the Galaxy S26 Edge, but it won’t be launching under the “Edge” name anymore.
