Globe starting implementing this policy with their 300 pesos and above prepaid loads last January 6, but now they're bringing it to the lower than 300 pesos denominations. Smart, on the other hand, will also extend the load validity of their subnetworks Sun and TNT. Like Globe, Smart also implemented this policy for their over 300 pesos and above loads back in January. If it's true that 10% of subscribers are eating up imore than 10GB a month and overloading the network, it makes sense for Globe to sacrifice these 10% to improve network quality for the rest of the 90%.
