GoTyme, one of the newest digital banks that will soon launch in the Philippines is now accepting early access registration for interested customers in the country. GoTyme is a partnership between the Gokongwei Group and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. In August 2021, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has approved GoTyme’s application to operate a digital bank. According to GoTyme's Philippines website, users will be able to get an account and card in under 5 minutes and will offer better savings interest, rewards, fund transfers, trading and investing, and 24/7 customer support via call, chat, or e-mail. Those interested to register their interest for an early access and to subscribe to the digital bank's newsletter may visit https://www.gotyme.com.ph/. GoTyme Bank, one of the newest digital banks in the Philippines, was awarded its Certificate of Authority to operate as a digital bank by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) last July 29, 2022. The certificate signifies that the BSP has already reviewed GoTyme Bank’s processes and infrastructure and deemed them compliant with all of BSP’s regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Customers Protection Act, Data Protection Act and a robust IT Risk Management Framework.
