Honor has launched its first 5G smartphone series, the Honor V30. The lineup consists of the standard V30 and the V30 Pro. The Honor V30 and V30 Pro both come with a 6.57-inch display with an FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution, an aspect ratio of 20:9, and a 91.46% screen-to-body ratio. The Honor V30 sports a Kirin 990 chipset with a Balong 5000 5G modem, 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB storage, customized Sony IMX600 RYYB 40MP + 8MP telephoto + 8MP ultra-wide triple-rear camera setup, and a 4,200mAh battery with 40W rapid charging. On the other hand, the V30 Pro has a 7nm Kirin 990 chipset integrated with a 5G modem, 8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, customized Sony IMX600 RYYB 40MP f/1.8 + 8MP telephoto + 12MP f/2.2 109-degree triple-rear cameras, and a 4,100mAh battery with 40W fast charging, 27W superfast wireless charging, and 7.5W reverse wireless charging. The V30 and V30 Pro also have a USB-C port, NFC support, and run on Magic UI 3.0.1 based on Android 10. Honor has just announced that they will soon launch their next smartphone series, the Honor V30. Announced through the brand's official Weibo account, the promotional image of the V30 shows the smartphone to have an oval dual punch-hole camera setup on the display.
