PC Corner's listing sets the price at Php21,950 while Villman has the HP Mini 1001TU for Php21,948 at zero percent (0%) interest for 12 months. With a retail price of Php23,990, HP Mini 2140 isn't the cheapest in the 10-inch category but it makes up all that with a great build and design.
