It was posted by the Head of Instagram Adam Mosseri on Twitter that they're introducing new features for creators on Instagram with paid subscribers. An Instagram creator that has signed up for the Subscribers program is given the option to charge their followers a monthly so they could see exclusive content through the app. Instagram is rolling out a long-requested feature that allows users to reorder photos and videos within carousel posts even after they’ve been published. According to Instagram head Adam Mosseri, the feature addresses a common pain point among creators who want more flexibility in curating their posts after publishing. These include Reposts, Instagram Map, and the Friends tab. Instagram is streamlining its user experience by discontinuing the Content Notes feature for posts and Reels due to lackluster adoption. Consequently, the ability to add Content Notes to posts and Reels will soon be phased out, although the feature will remain accessible in Instagram Direct Messages for now. Instagram announced a couple of handy updates for its app which gives users an easier way to discover new people to follow and, finally, the ability to go back and edit captions on posts.
