Fujifilm introduced its new instant camera, the instax mini 13, on April 22 during a pop-up event at SM Mall of Asia. The Mini 13 keeps key features from the previous model, including a selfie mirror and close-up mode. The camera now weighs 327 grams, slightly heavier than the Mini 12, which weighs 306 grams. The Mini 13 is priced at P5,399, higher than the Mini 12 at P4,899. In an interview with Inquirer.net, Glenn Gatan, the marketing head, added, “Of course, I can’t say anything specific, but 2026 is going to be an exciting year for instax,” he said. Fujifilm Philippines is leaning into the growing demand for physical keepsakes with the launch of the instax Mini Evo Cinema and instax Mini Link+, two new devices designed to blend digital convenience with tangible photo printing.
