Specifications and clockspeed for Intel's Coffee Lake based Core i7-8700K, and Core i5-8600K have emerged. The Intel Core i7-8700K will act as the flagship processor of the lineup and will be Intel's first hexa-core product that will based on the 14nm process node. On the other hand, the Intel Core i5-8600K will also feature a hexa-core design. The Intel Coffee Lake 8th generation Core processors are expected to launch on August on Gamescom event. Intel has introduced its latest Core Ultra 200HX Plus mobile processors, targeting gamers, creators, and power users who need top-tier laptop performance. The new lineup includes the Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus and Intel Core Ultra 7 270HX Plus, both designed to push performance further within the existing Core Ultra 200HX platform. Compared to older chips like the Intel Core i9-12900HX, gains can reach up to 62% in gaming performance. Systems powered by the Intel Core Ultra 200HX Plus series are already rolling out from major OEMs including Acer, ASUS, Dell (Alienware), HP, Lenovo, MSI, and Razer starting March 17, 2026.
