The Apple Pencil Pro was among the many products unveiled today during the company's ‘Let Loose’ iPad event. In hindsight, even while the less pricey USB-C Apple Pencil released last year supported a wider selection of iPad models in comparison to the Apple Pencil 2, it also removed some appreciated second-gen features. Admittedly, it’s fairly easy to forget where one leaves a slim, pencil-shaped device. The Apple Pencil Pro is only supported on the newly-announced iPad Air (M2) and OLED iPad Pro (M4) models. Apple has introduced the new iPad Air powered by the M4 chip, offering faster performance, more memory, and improved connectivity while keeping the same starting price of ₱42,990 for the 11-inch model and ₱54,990 for the 13-inch model. The new iPad Air comes in two sizes, 11-inch and 13-inch, and supports features in iPadOS 26. For connectivity, the iPad Air uses Apple’s new N1 wireless chip with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread support. Apple said the new iPad Air uses 30 percent recycled materials and supports its goal to become carbon neutral by 2030.
