Apple plans to introduce a new iPhone SE rocking Apple Intelligence by early next year. With the new iPhone SE model, Apple departs from the dated home button design and will shift to edge-to-edge screen. The last iPhone that sported the home button design was the iPhone SE 2022 model. Additionally, Apple Intelligence, which is currently exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the iPhone 16 Series, is expected to make its way to the new iPhone SE. Historically, March and April have been the usual months for Apple to unveil new iPhone SE and iPad Air models. Apple has reportedly canceled the planned 2024 launch of the iPhone SE 4. In a Medium blogpost, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says that the cancellation of the iPhone SE 4 is actually due to concerns about the performance of Apple's planned in-house baseband chip that they were going to introduce on the SE 4.
