Dubai company, Kampac Oil Group, is planning to construct additional railway system in Luzon that stretches from Sual, Pangasianan to Manila. Kampac has an Energy City in Pangasinan and the rialway system will link its project there back to Manila. Kampac is earmarking in excess of $15 billion (Php716 billion) for this project which will be constructed in the next 5 to 15 years. Kampac Oil plans to distribute and sell oil in the Asean region, with the Philippines as its distribution hub.
