Kia Philippines has introduced an all-new model and an additional Stonic variant—the fourth-generation Kia Sorento and the Kia Stonic Style Edition. The 2022 Kia Sorento comes with a sleek and sporty design and the iconic tiger-nose grille. According to the company, the Sorento boasts its spacious and luxurious interior, including leather seats, with the SX variant's power seats with driver memory, front-seat cooling and heating, and more. Moreover, Kia mentioned that the 2.2L Smartstream Diesel and DCT combination offer enhanced power, efficiency, and more precise shifting (compared to the previous generation). The Sorento also offers advanced safety features including Blind Spot View Monitor, 360-Degree Surround View Camera, Rear Cross and Forward Collision Assist, and Lane Keep Assist available for the SX variant. With Kia, all vehicles come with a 5-year or 160,000 kms warranty (whichever comes first). The all-new Kia Sorento 4x2 SX 8DCT (priced at PHP 2,588,000) will be available starting the fourth week of November, while the 4x2 EX 8DCT (priced at PHP 2,398,000) will be on the market by January 2022.
