LG Philippines silently released the Optimus 3D in the Philippines last week and the handset is now selling in stores for Php29,990. The LG Optimus 3D is the very first 3D smartphone to be released in the Philippines (beating the HTC Evo 3D to the punch). The Optimus 3D comes with Froyo out of the box but LG promises it is upgradable to 2.3 Gingerbread. smartphones -- the LG Optimus One and the LG Optimus Chic. The Optimus One and Optimus Chic might not be available locally until December or later and though LG has not indicated the suggested retail price for these smarphones, it could be in the same price range as the first LG Optimus GT540 (which is under ~Php13k).
