Lucio Tan has formed a group that's buying into Philippine Telegraph & Telephone Corp. The news broke out yesterday when a reported 70% shares of PT&T were bought by Menlo Capital Corp., a holding company where Lucio Tan Jr. Of the lot, the Asus Tytan CG8890 got most of my attention.
