HUAWEI Philippines has confirmed that the HUAWEI Mate X7 will officially launch in the country on February 19, 2026. The Mate X7 is a foldable smartphone with an inward-folding design. For durability, the Mate X7 uses Crystal Armour Kunlun Glass on the outer screen and a reinforced multi-layer structure for the inner display. The Mate X7 is powered by a 5,600mAh silicon-carbon battery, with support for 66W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Alongside the Mate X7, the brand is also expected to introduce the MatePad 11.5 S (2026) and the FreeClip 2 during the launch. A purported successor to the Huawei Ascend Mate 2 is making its rounds on the Internet. The new successor, known as the Ascend Mate 3, is said to have LTE connection and will run Android KitKat.
