The devices are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and Dimensity 8500-Ultra chipsets, respectively. While full details are not yet confirmed, leaks suggest that the Ace 6 Ultra may use a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. For memory and storage, the Dimensity 9500 supports LPDDR5X at up to 10667MHz, paired with 4-lane UFS 4.1 storage. MediaTek has unveiled the Dimensity 9500s, a powerful new chip aimed at sub-flagship smartphones, sitting just below the top-tier Dimensity 9500. MediaTek has introduced the Dimensity 7500, its latest smartphone chipset designed for mainstream devices and the successor to the Dimensity 7400. Built using a 4nm process, the Dimensity 7500 is the first MediaTek chipset to use Arm’s new C1 CPU cores.
