Meizu has revealed the roster of devices getting the next version of its Flyme OS upgraded to Android Nougat. The handsets that will surely get the new Nougat update are the following: Meizu PRO 6 Plus Meizu PRO 6 Meizu PRO 6s Meizu PRO 5 Meizu MX6 Meizu Note series (Note5, Note 3, etc) The announcement was made in time for the fifth anniversary of the Flyme OS. The OnePlus 3, OnePlus 3T, and Meizu Pro 6 are rigged to cheat in benchmarks, a report from XDA-Developers revealed. With the help of Primate Labs, makers of the Geekbench app, XDA-Developers discovered that three phones are pre-programmed to increase their CPU performance when running popular benchmark tests. RAM, or random access memory, is the memory that temporarily stores the data into a phone which allows it to be accessed more quickly. With so many applications hogging up the memory space, one not only needs a processor with eight or more cores but also a RAM complimenting that. Some processors powering our handsets these days are 64-bit, which allows this amount of data to be addressed at the same time. Now, 64-bit mobile processors already had an extension that allowed them to theoretically make use of 6GB of RAM.
