MIX Fold 4

Xiaomi is potentially entering the global foldable phone market with the upcoming MIX Fold 4 on the horizon. While the initial launch will be in China (as usual), rumors suggest the MIX Fold 4 might be Xiaomi's first foldable to see a global release by year's end. According to leaker @UniverseIce, the MIX Fold 4 won't just be Xiaomi's global debut in foldables, it'll also be the ‘thinnest’ foldable on the market. The leaker claims the MIX Fold 4 will undercut both at under 10mm mark. Furthermore, tagging along is a clamshell-type foldable called the MIX Flip. If not, a launch similar to previous MIX Fold models in August might be more likely. But it seems that the Japanese firm may have not totally given up on Android and decided to launch the Lumix DMC-CM1, a hybrid device that’s part flagship smartphone and part camera similar to the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom.
