The Metro Rail Transit management has recently implemented a new crowd control scheme in the hopes of “improving” the passengers’ commute experience, as well as freeing up some space in the ever-crowded North Avenue station. According to Al Vitangcol, the current GM of MRT, the new scheme will minimize the number of passengers who are flocking the North Avenue station to ride the train.
