If you're still deciding to get a GoPro Hero 3+ anytime soon, you might want to re-think that again as the Hero 4 is expected to arrive in the Philippines sometime in October. The GoPro Hero 4 is really capable of recording video in 4K resolution at a speed of 30fps with 1080p going up to 120fps. While the expected retail price of the Hero 4 in the US will hover around $340, we suspect the Black Edition will also probably retail for Php19,990 (pushing down the price of the Hero 3+ BE). Check out our full review of the GoPro Hero 3+ below. We had the Hero 3 for over a year now but recently, the new Hero 3+ was introduced to offer better HD video support in a smaller and lighter footprint.
