Razer has made another acquisition, this time the company behind the Robin Android smartphone - Nextbit. In 2015, they announced their own smartphone called the Robin and took it to Kickstarter to get some crowdfunding. Nextbit will continue to operate as a standalone business unit under its own management and apart from the ongoing business of its parent company. Furthermore, Nextbit will continue with product support and software updates for its Robin smartphone.
