Billed as the first “cloud phone”, the Robin smartphone from NextBit is now for public sale just a month after being shipped to its Kickstarter backers.
For starters, the NextBit Robin is a smartphone made by former members of the Android team and was posted for a Kickstarter campaign to gain some funding. Its key feature is its unique cloud-based storage system wherein it is linked to a free 100GB online storage that automatically analyzes which it should store online or offline, depending on your usage.
