Existing PLDT broadband customer may need to call their PLDT hotline and request for the upgrade before it takes effect. Sun Cellular Wireless Broadband has upgraded its network to 3.5G (HSDPA) and dropped its unlimited monthly subscription fees to Sun subscribers. The problem here though is that PLDT is so aggressive in selling broadband connections to potential new customers that it has already forgotten about the existing ones.
